Residential Properties Only: Our listed prices apply exclusively to residential properties within the London area.
Insect Treatments: Our insect treatments specifically target the affected areas. If you need additional areas treated, please inform us at the time of booking.
Transparent Costs: Besides our standard rates, the only extra charges may be for parking and congestion, where applicable. You can trust that there are no hidden fees.
Night Jobs for Residential Properties: An additional charge of £119 applies to any appointments scheduled between 8 PM and 7:30 AM. Please note that these bookings are non-refundable.
Night Jobs for Commercial Properties: A surcharge of £158 is added for appointments scheduled between 9 PM and 7:30 AM. These bookings are also non-refundable.
Guarantee and Follow-Up Details
1-Month Guarantee Treatments: This package includes one major visit and one follow-up visit within 1 month (scheduled every two weeks). Follow-up visits must be arranged through our office or directly with the technician.
3-Month Guarantee Treatments: This option includes one major visit and two follow-up visits within 3 months (scheduled every two weeks). Follow-ups are available upon request to ensure your complete satisfaction.
1-Year Guarantee for Proofing Services: Our proofing services come with a 1-year guarantee, starting from the date of service. This guarantee offers you continued protection and peace of mind.
