I can’t thank Sebastian enough! A rat had gotten into my flat last night, and I was at a total loss. Sebastian came first thing in the morning, handled the situation quickly, and even made sure my home was secured against any future problems. Thank you Sebastian for the amazing service! I had a rat come into my flat last night and thankfully I managed to find Sebastian. We recently hired them due to the rat and mice problem we had. We are based in Central London and unfortunately mice and rats are very common issue. Albert arrived the same day, dealt with the matter in professional way, explain everything very clearly. Ewa his partner is a very nice and accommodating lady.

Albert of Bioactive Pest Control has been to my house on a number of occasion to help with a mouse problem,  some years apart, but both infestations successfully dealt with - more recently he visited as we thought there might be a bedbug problem, brought in by a visitor to the house.  Happily on this occasion he could find no evidence of bedbugs (thank goodness).  He very kindly spent time explaining the lifecycle of bedbugs and what he would have expected to see.  He even suggested that he would be happy to visit the visitors house to see if there was an ongoing problem there.  I cannot more highly recommend these guys.  From the very helpful Ewa in the office to the lovely, calm Albert, you could do no better than to use this company, especially when you are under stress and dealing with things you don’t really want to deal with!!

Ewa the owner was kind and provided sound advice regarding my concern.

Albert the technician who carried out the assessment was most professional and thorough.

Bioactive is the most reliable of all pest control companies I dealt with in London.

We had an issue ar home which resulted in our home being the last place we wanted to be. Bioactive were amazing and professional and very compassionate to our plight.  Ewa was super helpful as a first contact and our engineer was incredibly kind and the problem is no more. Thank you so much guys would recommend every time
