Sebastian came first thing in the morning, handled the situation quickly, and even made sure my home was secured against any future problems. His service was professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. I’m so relieved and grateful—highly recommend!

Albert arrived the same day, dealt with the matter in professional way, explain everything very clearly. Ewa his partner is a very nice and accommodating lady.

Albert of Bioactive Pest Control has been to my house on a number of occasion to help with a mouse problem, some years apart, but both infestations successfully dealt with - more recently he visited as we thought there might be a bedbug problem, brought in by a visitor to the house. Happily on this occasion he could find no evidence of bedbugs (thank goodness). He very kindly spent time explaining the lifecycle of bedbugs and what he would have expected to see. He even suggested that he would be happy to visit the visitors house to see if there was an ongoing problem there. I cannot more highly recommend these guys. From the very helpful Ewa in the office to the lovely, calm Albert, you could do no better than to use this company, especially when you are under stress and dealing with things you don’t really want to deal with!!
